Simi Valley Cajun Festival is almost here

For those of you that can hardly wait till next weekend to get alligator on a stick, beer and enjoy world class Cajun Music, here is a sneak preview to next weekend’s event. The Sunrise Rotary club of Simi Valley treated those at the Simi Valley Town Center to two hours of one of the live bands (Bonne Musique Zydeco) that will participate in the Memorial Day weekend event.

Hey Bervick, good interview, good presentation and Wadell looks great on-stage. The music sounds great, lil Julien is a treat to see on-stage. Wish I could join you all in Semi Valley, have to work. Keep up the great work! Bonnie

It wasn’t me. You guys are very talented….all I did was capture it for the world to see and enjoy. Not bad for a $275.00 consumer video camera? I was pretty amazed when I downloaded it to my computer.

What sort of software did you use edit and combine all the clips? It all looks very professional.

Dennis,

I use Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements, I bought the bundle from Amazon Adobe Bundle Link. The bundle is $89.00 after the $30.00 rebate. I have another $150.00 into my stabilzer Camcorder Stabilizer link. The stabilzer is worth it’s weight in gold. I have another 100.00 into my Green Screen and lighting and a $50.00 tripod for my mini garage studio. I shot the opening sequence with the green screen and keyed out the green screen to insert the background all with Adobe Premiere elements.

The great thing about this is I have no formal training or background in this, it just takes practice.

Dennis I would love to see you in Simi’but I will be at the Strawberry Music Fest in Camp Mather. I go every year Memorial Day weekend. You look good I like that you are growing your hair a little.
