This is a great question that was asked on Trulia. The answers were pretty interesting and the format of Trulia really does not give the best environment to handle questions like this in the matter of detail these questions deserve. Ted, agree completely. Perhaps the only Flip Your house success stories now days are left to the TV viewers of the HGTV program. The term “flip” implied buy and turn around and sell as quickly as possible. In many markets it’s may not be possible and one would have to wait before being able to sell.
