Madison County Simi Valley consists of four tracts Cedar Falls, Sage Meadows, Hawk Crest Hills and Southcrest. Shea Homes and Beazer Homes were the builders. The tract was built on the south side of Simi Valley, south of Fitzgerald Road and Sequoia Avenue. This was one of the first larger home developments built outside Wood Ranch for Simi Valley. The four tracts offer a variety of floor plans with a unique setting in the rolling hills of Simi Valley.
